Is there something you wish someone told you when you were younger? I'm 33, feeling kind of los

Looking back at my childhood and teen years there are so many things that I %26quot;stressed out%26quot; about that were just silly now. There are things now that I wish I knew then. I feel kind of lost now, I%26#039;m overweight, can%26#039;t find a decent job, my credit is shot, no good future in sight. The goals I had as a younger person are still goals I wish I could attain, but can%26#039;t due to my awful credit. (ie. owning my own business). I have made mistakes that aren%26#039;t repairable now and I feel suffocated. Any wise words? How do you think I may see my situation when I%26#039;m 50 or 70 years old? What would you do if you were in my shoes.

(Please don%26#039;t suggest repairing my credit...I have only one open account now, my college loan, which was in default. I understand that because it%26#039;s a federal loan, my credit is not going to get better)

First of all, you need a positive outlook on life and everything around you. This only you can do for yourself. Positive thoughts attract positive results. List down everything - every option open to you that you are capable of doing to improve your situation, ask friends for their opinions and support (not financial support, but moral support), get in touch with family. If the business isn%26#039;t doing well, file for bankruptcy and get whatever you can from the remaining assets. You can always start again since you know better. List down the goals you want to achieve within the next few weeks, months and within this year and find out what your courses of action are. As long as the options are available, doable and you are willing and able, nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it. Pray, pray hard for guidance, courage and strength to face the unknown. You have always been in God%26#039;s embrace. The first step is always the hardest one to take but only you can make yourself make that first step. Good luck sweetie.

Nothing is impossible. you can get back on your feet. One day at a time. Get a job, any job to bring in some money and talk to someone who can help restore your credit. There are many company%26#039;s who will help you. Do some research and stop feeling sorry for yourself. You Can Get Back on Track, with hard work and a new attitude! good Luck

Why are you so convinced that this is the only type of person you can ever be? Make the decision to make some changes. Exercise is a great start - it%26#039;s self motivating, and you don%26#039;t have to join a gym to do it. Constantly envision the kind of person you want to be and understand that the possibility is only up to you.
