Can Horizion Card Services be held responsible for "Misrepresentation"?

After seeing and reading the %26quot;Yahoo Answers%26quot; page on this so-called Credit Card, some are calling it a scam, others praise what they are doing to supposedly be helping people build their credit, I see it as fraud %26amp; misrepresentation to the public. You can take the money you give them for things you buy out of a catalog %26amp; create another bill or put the money towards hiring a legit company that will combine all your debts, set a reasonable monthly payment, slowly pay off thee debts and at the same time you are repairing your credit standing %26amp; paying off your debts, NOT creating More DEBT. It is something to think about, hey!

though i would almost end to agree with ou those catalog cards should seem like misreprensentation,

but they are not

if you read the fine print they say that it%26#039;s a pre approved credit line to theri repsective catalog

and as such they do not report to any credit agency and thus does not rebuild credit

but people in general are either stupid or greedy or both

as witness why would anyone believe that suddenly you have been pre approved for 2500.00 ( typical ) on a card to shop with or some emailed lettewr by someone in Nigeria saying that some rich prince died and you are heir to the money by some long lost bloodline, but all you havr to is give out personal info, yet people sing right up for these scams.. so as much as I think the card and what not are lame and even maybe a misrepresentation, you have the lay the rest fo the blame on the people
