I have 3 payment defaults on my credit report it happend 2 years ago was stupid and did not care.?

now i need to repair this situation and dont know where to go or wat to do

Contact the creditors and pay them. You may be able to negotiate a payment of less than the balance owed, since they%26#039;ll be happy to get even part of their money back. Most creditors will be willing to set up a payment plan, if the defaults are too much for you to pay off all at once. The problem with waiting for it to drop off your report is that the creditors could see your debt to a collection agency. The collection agency then shows up as a new creditor and the clock starts on the 7 yrs on that debt. The larger the debts, the more likely that this will happen. If your credit card company has already reported the defaults to the credit bureaus, I am afraid there is not much you can do outside of waiting 5 more years until the negative information falls off your credit report. Otherwise, there is really no way to re-write history. Sometimes you can try to write letters to the three major credit bureaus disputing the information on the account, but if it is accurate and you really did default on the payments, they will find that out during their investigation and keep it on your credit report anyway.

Another thing you could try to do which may or may not work is call up the customer service dept. of the credit card company and try to negotiate with them. You might not get that far with them, but it%26#039;s worth a try to give them a call and see what they would be willing to have you do in exchange for having them take that info off your report.
