If the car was wrecked previously, and you can prove it and prove that the dealer did not disclose this in any of the paper work you signed, then contact a lawyer. You may have a case. It depends on the state your in. However look over your paper closely. If anything you signed indicates the car was rebuilt or has salvage title you may be stuck.

The other thing to do is just to try to sell the car as is. Or trade it in for another vehicle. I hate to hear it when a sale person rips off a customer. It just makes the whole industry seem bad. Next time you purchase a used car, inform the seller you want to tkae the car to a mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchase. And take it to your own mechanic for inspection. At a minimum have a compression test done on the engine and fluids checked.

Good Luck. Caveat Emptor!

There is such a thing called a Lemon Law. It will keep your credit in the clear and will allow you to return your vehicle and obtain another be sure to check out your new vehicle better before you buy.

Maybe, it depends how much you paid for the car.

Next time use CarFax. You did not do your homework when you bought this car.

If they didn%26#039;t tell you that it had been in a wreck, then you should take them to court.

If the car has been wrecked and the dealer didn%26#039;t disclose that information to you get a lawyer.
